Do you have any favorite WW low point ideas that are low cost, too? I find that the filling foods like yogurt, fruits, veggies, meats, whole grains can be a little costly.

Eggs are cheap and are a good source of protein for breakfast. You can just do the whites. They are also good for egg-white salad sandwiches made with very little ff mayo and a dash of mustard.
For a snack, buy popcorn kernels and pop your own. Very low points and quite filling.
Also, but frozen veggies and fruit if your fresh produce is too expensive.
I also dont just stick to ww brands. Lots of good brands out there offer same nutritional values for less. Even the store brands.
For meat, I always stock up my freezer when chicken breasts are on sale.

For breakfast all I eat is Mini Wheats. I realized one day that even if it's $4 a box (and it's not) that $4 for a week or so of breakfast is a good price. Although not cheap, I use the Arnolds or Pep. Farm sandwich rounds. One a day for lunch, with either peanut butter with mini choc morsels (preferably warmed in the mic about 5 sec YUM):goodvibes and left over veggies from the night before's dinner works for my lunch very well. Our local grocery store has been having red peppers very cheap for months, I eat a lot of those, very filling. The Kellogs Fiber plus bars are nice and filling, and only 2 points. I keep frozen blueberries (gotten on sale) and when I'm craving crunch or just a snack I eat some of these, still frozen. I LOVE LOVE the Wheat Thins, flatbread, Tuscan Herb crackers, 2 of them are 1 pt, but they're large crackers. These with some WW mozz. cheese and red peppers on top, YUMMY! The Skinny Cow icecream is a little cheaper than WW and the cone ones I get are 3 points, these fill my ice cream cravings perfectly. I mix whole wheat pasta with the smart taste pasta, you could do this with regular pasta too, to save some cost but still get the wheat in. I stock up on both smart taste and whole wheat when it's 10/10. I also do the egg whites, an egg white sandwich with some mozz cheese and red peppers or left over meat. I don't really buy much for the frozen foods, when I do I get Healthy Request (think that's what they are, green box, don't have any right now) it has the points right on the box... occasionally I use these for lunch or dinner if everyone else is eating out or something. I stock up on chicken and pork when it's on sale, so I have lots of that and it's pretty much what we eat.

I love starches so I always eat a cup of rice (4 points) and a potato (7 oz = 4points but I usually don't have a 7 oz one).
I also love real popcorn so purchase the kernals. I think those foods are low cost.

I also pop my own popcorn. I love oatmeal so I buy the big box and avoid the instant. I buy apples and bananas which are really not too expensive. Make your own SF FF pudding withyour own skim milk and portion it out in zip lock containers. Do the same with jello.

Look for different grains. I buy Brown rice and will look for Bulgar wheat at Ocean State Job Lot. It is Bob's Red mill and is pretty inexpensive.

Fresh veggies are not too expensive if you buy the sales. Also carrots are generally inexpensive.

Avoid prepackaged snacks. They are point hogs and expensive as well.

Cook once adn eat three times. Make a meal adn portion out two more servings for another day or lunch. Frozen dinners are expensive and are filled with sodium. You can make your own for less money.

If you have a Costco or Sam's membership, I love to buy the big packs of romaine there. I think it's only $3 for 6 big romaine. I also buy the green beans in the gigantic cans. It's way cheaper than buying individual cans and they are zero points! I open up the big can and then use the beans all week in salads, and to snack on.
I also want to agree with a PP about egg whites. 3 egg whites is only 1 point and very satisfying. I like to boil a dozen at a time and then just peel and eat when I need a protein boost.

I look for low points veggie soups. Then I make 2-3 meals out of them by adding more canned veggies. I.e. Progresso southwest. I add a can of corn and a can of black beans, and stretch it out.

I had to smile because I just made myself a cake in a cup I found a recipe for. You mix together one angel food cake with any other box cake (flavor of your choice). Store in an air tight container. When you ready for a coffee mug of cake mix 1/4 c. cake mix with 2 T. water. Microwave on high for one minute. It definitely hit the spot with my sweet craving and its also only 2 points. If your mugs are larger use 1/3 c. cake mix and 3 T. of water. This amount equals 3 points. Hope this helps. It makes a large amount of dry mix would last for quite a long time (as long as you don't make more than one cup a day). haha.

One of my favorite snacks is the pistachio pinapple angel food cake. I also love Jolly Good pop corn for 1 point or yogurts when I have a sweet tooth. Stick pretzels are good when I crave something salty. You can eat a bunch for 1-2 points. Try this site for recipe ideas www.aimeesadventures.com.

I eat walmart brand instant oatmeal for breakfast every morning. It is just as good as Quaker and 1.98 per box. I think it lasts me 10 breakfasts.

Sugar free instant pudding with sugar free cool whip is good too for dessert.

Budget and ww doesn't go together very well! lol. I have also lost 95 pounds and below my goal weight. Congrats everyone on their weightloss!
I try to hit superwalmart (if you have one around) to do most of my grocery shopping because you do save a lot.
I try to do fresh veggies, but if there is a big sale on frozen then I do that. WW snacks are less $ at walmart than the grocery store. I eat white wheat bread which is cheaper than wheat bread. I tend to buy prepackaged lunch meats as well because the frozen dinners just don't have enough food to satisfy me, they have a ton of sodium in them and I think their expensive. I will occasionally get their pizzas though.

Thanks for the web site. I love to cook and I have just started WW on line. These look like recipes that my family would like as well as me. Thank you so much.
