Do you have any favorite WW low point ideas that are low cost, too? I find that the filling foods like yogurt, fruits, veggies, meats, whole grains can be a little costly.
and left over veggies from the night before's dinner works for my lunch very well. Our local grocery store has been having red peppers very cheap for months, I eat a lot of those, very filling. The Kellogs Fiber plus bars are nice and filling, and only 2 points. I keep frozen blueberries (gotten on sale) and when I'm craving crunch or just a snack I eat some of these, still frozen. I LOVE LOVE the Wheat Thins, flatbread, Tuscan Herb crackers, 2 of them are 1 pt, but they're large crackers. These with some WW mozz. cheese and red peppers on top, YUMMY! The Skinny Cow icecream is a little cheaper than WW and the cone ones I get are 3 points, these fill my ice cream cravings perfectly. I mix whole wheat pasta with the smart taste pasta, you could do this with regular pasta too, to save some cost but still get the wheat in. I stock up on both smart taste and whole wheat when it's 10/10. I also do the egg whites, an egg white sandwich with some mozz cheese and red peppers or left over meat. I don't really buy much for the frozen foods, when I do I get Healthy Request (think that's what they are, green box, don't have any right now) it has the points right on the box... occasionally I use these for lunch or dinner if everyone else is eating out or something. I stock up on chicken and pork when it's on sale, so I have lots of that and it's pretty much what we eat.
