I've been on Weight Watchers since January and we went to WDW in March. I had said before hand I was going to try to push away from the table since there was no way to know points of food. Since we were on the Dining Plan I also wanted to eat some dessert, again I pushed away.
Anyway I ended up not following WW at all the week we were at Disney. I ate from the dining plan which includes appetizer, entree and dessert. I didn't deprive myself of anything. When we got home I tried going back on program without weighing in but I would go off almost daily. When I finally weighed back in last week I had gained a grand total of 2 pounds!!!!!
My point is its going to be hard to try to follow WW at Disney although there are people who have done it. However with all of the walking you do you aren't likely to gain much if any weight!
