I did well on my trip a few weeks ago.
We had breafkfast in our room. I kept fruit in the fridge for snacks. I took along some WW 1 point cakes and those 100 calorie cookie snacks.
For quick counter service lunches, I opted not to have fries on the side, and ordered carrots and celery instead. There were options like this all over the parks. I even noticed more fresh fruit for sale than I have in the past.
Dinners we had a nicer sitdown restaurants, I kept it light...I ordered an appetizer and salad as my main course or had grilled fish, etc...
I also wore a pedometer to the parks...We logged well over 10,000 steps each day so I know I got my exercise in!!
After coming home I was down only .5 but is was better than nothing (I did splurge on a dinner at the Hoop-Dee-Doo Review and staying right next to the Boardwalk Bakery was difficult to resist temptation on a daily basis)
