Well I still have a while to go before my Wedding and I had been going really well with my diet, but Christmas came along and I kinda forgot about the diet
So as the festivities are over and all my tasty food is gone, I want to get back into the swing of things and get back to the diet. I was following the GI diet and previously did very well, but having been back on the diet for a week, nothing has changed and I'm feeling helpless! I intend to go dress shopping in April to see what styles suit me etc as I aim to order my dress online from the States. So really I only have until the end of April to lose the majority of the weight.
Does anyone else appear to be struggling after Christmas to shift those pounds? Any other tips or other diets that may be better?
I have Polycystic Ovary Syndrome and carbs are my enemy so the likes of weight watchers and diets like that don't work well for me. I'm thinking my body has maybe got used to the GI diet and my weight loss has really slowed down. Any suggestions?
Thanks
