and I lost 2.2 pounds
I had a great trip and, it was hot, and humid and it only rained a little bit one day. I stayed at the CS and I made sure that I walked around the lake in the morning and the evening, even though you certainly get enough walking in the parks. One day I also walked from DHS to Epcot, I did the extra walking because I wanted to walk at a brisk pace. In the parks you have a tendency to stroll sometimes.
I took my breakfast with me, Thomas' 100 calorie bagels (they are hard to find) with the fiber content they were only one point, I took Peter Pan whipped peanut butter, 3 points for 2 Tbs, and apples.
For lunch I had salads with low fat dressings, chicken or even kids meals. For dinner I stuck with the salads and chicken a few nights, but treated myself to a Rueben sandwich at the SciFi, a hamburger at the Pepper Market at the CS and I had the tea at the GF. Each day I allowed myself a treat, a carmel apple, a frozen lemonade, popcorn, a dole whip
or a pastry from the Boardwalk Bakery.
I was able to enjoy myself and still lose weight there were some things that I really had trouble passing up though, the funnel cake in the MK and Epcot called my name a few times, but I kept on going and I usually eat 3 or 4 carmel apples from the MK.
Even though I do not post alot on this board, I was able to get some helpful information from others posting that were on WW...so thanks to everyone for helping me stay on task while in WDW.
