and I lost 2.2 pounds
I had a great trip and, it was hot, and humid and it only rained a little bit one day. I stayed at the CS and I made sure that I walked around the lake in the morning and the evening, even though you certainly get enough walking in the parks. One day I also walked from DHS to Epcot, I did the extra walking because I wanted to walk at a brisk pace. In the parks you have a tendency to stroll sometimes.
I took my breakfast with me, Thomas' 100 calorie bagels (they are hard to find) with the fiber content they were only one point, I took Peter Pan whipped peanut butter, 3 points for 2 Tbs, and apples.
For lunch I had salads with low fat dressings, chicken or even kids meals. For dinner I stuck with the salads and chicken a few nights, but treated myself to a Rueben sandwich at the SciFi, a hamburger at the Pepper Market at the CS and I had the tea at the GF. Each day I allowed myself a treat, a carmel apple, a frozen lemonade, popcorn, a dole whip :cloud9: or a pastry from the Boardwalk Bakery.
I was able to enjoy myself and still lose weight there were some things that I really had trouble passing up though, the funnel cake in the MK and Epcot called my name a few times, but I kept on going and I usually eat 3 or 4 carmel apples from the MK.
Even though I do not post alot on this board, I was able to get some helpful information from others posting that were on WW...so thanks to everyone for helping me stay on task while in WDW.

Thanks for your post. We're off to the World in 3 weeks and I've been planning my plan of attack to stay on target. We're DVC so we'll eat Breakfast and a lite dinner in the room each day. We eat our main meal out so the 2 meals in will be easy (or so I tell myself). I'll have plenty of fresh fruit & veggies in the room, plus frozen WW treats in the freezer. (We'll hit Walmart's the first day). I'm planning on bringing my own WW bread and english muffins as well as some WW treats. Hopefully that will help. I've made up my mind if I just hold that week and don't come back with more then a slight gain, it'll be a success.

FANTASTIC!!

You should be so proud of yourself and what an inspiration to anyone who has a trip planned. Congrats on your loss, that is great. :woohoo:
