For all us weight watchers out there I shouldn't worry about what you eat while in Disney (unless you're just going to eat continuously and not do the Parks :scared1: ) I've just been on the scales having not long got back.
Iwas 15 stone , got stuck on 14st. 2lbs on going to DLRP and the same on return.
I've just hit 13st. 10lbs   :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc .
only 1 1/2 stones to go.

WoW!!! well done!
I usually just put on a couple of pounds on wdw hols, and eat what I want, when I want :teeth: it must be all that walking around, must add up to a few miles a day.
WELL DONE YOU!!
:cool1: :cool1: :cool1:

Thanks
it's hard going sometimes. Dw didn't help before going away, saying " we'll be in DLRP in 2 weeks and eating so there's no point at the moment" etc.

Is it cold up in Scotland? It's like autumn down here :cold:

I have just over a stone to go. Problem is I have a thing about Krispy Kreme donuts and already have told DH that this is the first stop when we leave the airport. Need to lose it as no doubt a few lb will creep on when we visit in October!
Keep up the good work everybody ::MinnieMo

Well done Berwyn!!!!! Must say I agree with Delyth - no point dieting just before you go away!!! :rotfl:

I've never heard of them . Do you get them in a shop or is it a special outlet like the cookie chain (that I can't remember the name of).
keep walking when you get there and it should balance out the eating

Thaks, natalie, Di and everyone.
While you're on just a question about the Dis weekly health check in. Is it ladies Only or can any healthy eaters/dieters join in? I did look on the WISH board it's very good , but it seems very lonley for Uk users

Berwyn

you would be very welcome to join us on the health-check thread, we are a friendly lot ( unless discussing snack-a-jacks :rotfl: )

Check out the following for more info. You can buy them from the Krispy Kreme donut stores or Walgreens sell them pre packed. I have also seen the orignal galzed version sold in the Bakery on Main Street in MK.
You can buy them from Harrods in the UK or some other stores in the London area sell them.
Make sure you've eaten before you open it!

Well Berwyn, if you don't like Snackajacks you aren't welcome on the thread ;)

(I am one one of the sad ones who likes these, can you tell? ;) )

Well done on your weight loss! See it is true - going to Disney is good for your health :teeth:

Thanks Clare and Karen.
No doughnuts for me (probably a good job), allthe stores are in S. England,
Have you tried Quaker Seasons ( we got ours in ASDA) low fat corn snacks. The cheese, onion, and chive ones are gorgeous. Much nicer than snack a jacks. DW neede something to replace Walkers cheese and onion crisps.

Berwyn

Oh Berwyn, I am truly addicted to Seasons! I start to shake if there are none in the house ;)

I'm glad that we can agree on that Karen LOL.
You should have seen Delyth grubbing through the crisps/snacks aisle iin ASDA looking for an alternative to Walkers.
We bought the big bag and DW had to tell me to take them away or she 'd have eaten the lot.

Berwyn
