Weigh-in Update: Lost 3 More Pounds

Sorry it took me so long to get back to post!!! Yesterday was crazy and I worked in my home office until 1am this morning. I've had about 2 hours of sleep and I'm back up surfing the internet because the dog keeps waking me up. Also setting the house alarm off at 3:30 didn't help with my sleep pattern either!

Sooo...-2.2 this week. :cool1: I had been losing at a regular pace like that since I went back but then 2 weeks ago I had a -.8 and last week was -1 so I was beginning to fear that I wouldn't make it to 145 before we left. But now only .6 left and TECHNICALLY I made it to 145(.6). So I'm happy. Surprised! But happy. My next weigh in will be Wednesday morning.

SoonipiLady...please PM if you ever have any questions about WW. I've been doing it so long I can do it with one hand tied behind my back. The first few weeks can be so overwhelming but I promise if you will just stick with it and keep going to your meetings you will have success. It is a really rewarding program. Good Luck!

I will. The next weigh-in is Monday night. I will be walking this weekend before I go to choir rehersal tomorrow morning. The weather will be nice and warm in the 70's
 
I'll be walking today too. Would rather not with 2 hours sleep but oh well. It is supposed to be a high of 82 here today with winds from the south ranging from 15-25 miles per hour. I think DH is taking DD to school today so I will set off for the neighbors house when they leave and she and I will walk. On my own I will do 3 miles but she is only good for about 2 and then she's done. But hey, it's better than sitting here on my butt!

Second, Thanks for your offer of help. It is great to find people here on Disboards who can encourage me along! I have never really been heavy except when I was pregnant so this is new territory for me! I'll be sure and touch base if I'm feeling overwhelmed. Everyday this week has gotten easier!

You guys have inspired me to try again! It's been several weeks since i went to WW meeting but hey, I haven't gained my lost pounds back and that's something isn't it?
Really warm here this afternoon but I resolve to walk as soon as I get home (have to work late). Read prior post to see problmes with water aerobics :rotfl:
