weigh-in update for week 8.... results

Hi gang I just want to give you A update on my weigh-in I lost 2 pounds since last week . I am now at 195 pounds. thats 25 pounds lost in 8 weeks. I will be back at the park this weekend walking. I am sooo excited about losing this weight
