wegoshop? reviews?

Hi - I heard about wegoshop on these boards and contacted them about my upcoming trip. Has anyone used them? They said we need to pay by cash or check - when do we pay? We were going to have it delivered on the day we go down. Do we actually need to meet them? All comments and feed back appreciated!! Missy

We used wegoshop during out visit in April/May. They were wonderful. They will go to whatever store you wish and get the exact brand or product you want. You pay when they deliver. Yes, I think you must meet them. They came to our room. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We also used wegoshop in May and had a great experience. They were right on time and wheeled our items right into the room. We would use them again.

I used Wegoshop in May and will use them again in August. She was waiting for us when we checked in. If you'll be bringing a cell phone definitely supply wegoshop with the number. She called me at the Orlando airport to get an exact idea of when we would arrive at our resort. It was a very positive experience.

Another satisfied wegoshop customer! They left our items with the staff at Pop since our flight was arriving very late. The whole order was perfect and it was so convenient. I also like that they will shop where you want them to.

Used them last month and they were fine. Brought the wrong order up to begin with, but realized the mistake quite promptly. Went back for our order. We did have one thing missing, which I didn't realize until much later. It was our coffee but since BCV gives us those coffee packets it wasn't a big deal.

We had arranged for a 4:30 delivery since we are never sure what time we can get into our villas. This time around we lucked out and got in at 2:30. We called them to tell them we were in our room, as we were told to do. They told us they were running right on time and would be there shortly before our delivery time. And they were!! Got there at about 4:10. We paid by check, no problems at all.

Shop and Delivery Rates:


Grocery total up to $100.00 = $15.00 shop & delivery fee.
Grocery total between $100.00 - $200.00 = $20.00 shop & delivery fee.
Grocery total between $200.00 - $300.00 = $30.00 shop & delivery fee.
Grocery total over $300.00 = 12% of grocery total, shop & delivery fee.

Additional Fees:


Due to the increase cost of gasoline prices, we are forced to add an additional gasoline surcharge of $2.00 to all orders as of 3/15/05. This surcharge will be reduced if we are able to fulfill more than one client order per trip.


*Please Note: The above rates and fees apply to local residents and vacationers staying inside of Disney World Resorts and are cash / check discount prices. Please add an additional 3% of grocery total for any other payment option.

We used wegoshop in June and were very happy with the service. I was a bit hesitant at first, but we had no problems and I will definitely use them again.

Eric always searches for the specific wines I like and Becca makes sure ds14 get his Krispy Kremes and bottle cokes! It is worth every penny and the more that we tip.

we used them this past july for the first time and i can tell you that it will not be our last time. they were so great to deal with. it will make our next trips planning so much less stressful because of their great service. we had a fairly large order, 9 days of food,there wasnt one item that i didnt order or one mistake. they came when they said they would. i really didnt care much about brand name items, only a few i was specific on, so he told me that i got a few extra sale items that were buy on get one free. extra cookies and chips my kids were happy and so was i. will use them on each and every WDW vacation for sure
