Will WeGo Shop deliver to Bell Services at the BLT/CR? Or do you need to be there in person to receive and pay for the groceries? If they deliver to Bell Services, do you just leave credit card information with Marge and she charges your credit card when she has the grocery total?

How do you handle tipping the shopper if you don't see her? Can I just have Marge add tip to credit card? How much do you tip?

Can you email the list in Excel format?

Yes they will leave it at Bell Services...
They add a 10% tip... plus 3% if you use a Credit Card.
I have e-mailed a list, not sure about the excel format???

Shop and Delivery Rates:

Grocery total up to $100.00 = $17.00 shop & delivery fee
Grocery total between $100.00 - $200.00 = $22.00 shop & delivery fee
Grocery total between $200.00 - $300.00 = $32.00 shop & delivery fee
Grocery total over $300.00 = 12% of grocery total shop & delivery fee

*Please Note: The above rates and fees apply to local residents and vacationers staying inside of Disney World Resorts and are cash / check discount prices. Please add an additional 3% of grocery total for any other payment option. The shop & delivery fee is one fee, there is not a seperate shop fee and a seperate delivery fee. A gratuity of 10% of the grocery total will be added to all orders that are left at bell services.

There is also a note saying the fees will be going up in September.

I did send an excel sheet when we had a HUGE grocery order in April.
We always just plan on meeting her to pay in cash. I just like being there in case of any questions and to be able to put it all away immediately.

We used Wego on 8/1/09 with a credit card and she did not charge the 3% fee...
