I'm down .4 this week. However the Bloat Fairy is hanging around so I'll take what I can get. :teeth: How did you do? Hope everyone has a great week! .6 from a new clippie - THIS is the week! :hyper:
 
Just 1/2 lb this week for me for a total of 43.5. 1-1/2 more til a new clippie! :sunny:
 

I lost 5lbs this week, so I was able to claim a new clippie! :hyper: I'm now between 10-18lbs away from goal, depending at what weight I decide is right for me! :teeth:
 
I have not weighed in 3 months!!! Yes, 3 months!!!! We found out in February that my husband was going to be relocating. I had to cut away from WISH and most of my internet time to focus on boxing up the house and selling it...we're still trying to sell it! ICK! But, now things are a bit more under control on the exterior of my life that I need to focus on the interior. The lowest I got to was 179 back in January...I weighed 182 when I stopped weighing...and today, the morning after Memorial Day cookouts (ya know all the desserts, cheeseburgers, chips, bleck) I weighed a whopping 191!!! Of course I have more excuses...I'm on TOM and my legs/arms are swollen and sore from a weekend of yard work preparing the house for a showing. But I'm proud I got on the scales and have a 41 pound goal to lose before Thanksgiving...that gives me about 24 weeks to lose it and that's about how long it will take for our next house to be built...so I can start anew with a healthy body that will be walking the marathon in January.

So count me in kiddoes...I'm not changing in my clippies, just hanging in there until I get my 60 pound clippie at 176! :) Thanks guys!

2 pounds for me this week, after 3 weeks of no loss at all, I was very happy to see the scale move a bit.
 
Still maintaining my 7 lb loss since the middle of March. I'm getting a little frustrated since I've added exercise and I've been very faithful to low-carbing it. Will continue tweaking it until something budges. This week I'm counting calories.
 
I was down just over 2 pounds which took away a little gain from last week and then a little more. :-) Onward and downward... 0.6 from the next "decade" and I'm ready to move on!!

I've maintained this week (again:rolleyes: ). I was good for most of the week but didn't do very well over the weekend:( . Bloat Fairy is with me as well:eek: .
Back on plan today::yes:: it's 5pm here and I have already had 100oz of water:hyper: . Will be trying much harder this week.

I'm happy to share that I've made another 2 pounds disappear this week - yippee! :p That leaves only 1 pound until I reach my 4th 10% goal, 3 pounds until my next clippie, and 23 pounds to go for that awesome green clippie (125). I'm also right on target to reach my Independence Day goal, only 10 pounds to go. Exercise is going great for me - I should reach 300 days in a row on Sunday! :hyper:

Overall, eating has been going really well for me. While I did indulge in birthday cake and ice cream at a party on Saturday, I left food on my plate at the restaurant for dinner, and made great choices at the IKEA cafeteria for an unplanned dinner on Sunday - they have a great "big" salad with lots of different veggies! I also went to Arby's for the first time since I started on this journey (it used to be one of my regular haunts), and tried the new Martha's Vineyard salad. Two thumbs WAY up! I'm definitely having that again - it's my new favorite fast food salad. :teeth: There are more restaurant meals in my future this week: anniversary dinner on Thursday, and lunch AND dinner out with my sister on Saturday. But I know I can handle them! ::yes::

My biggest achievement for the week: not once but TWICE, I tucked in my shirt! :cool: It was a requirement on Friday, because the back of my top peeked out underneath the suit jacket - no good. On Saturday, I just decided to give it a shot with a pair of flat-front pants and a polo shirt. I can't believe it, but both times, it actually looked good. I'm on my way to becoming a "tucker"! :p

I stayed the same this week. It is TOM so I am just glad that I didn't gain. Good luck this week everyone!:sunny:
 
:sad: gained 2 pounds this week..... I think it's just water weight from being on prednizone for a week for a rash on my arm....hopefully it'll be a big loss next week!

on the up side.... got 3 compliments today about my weight loss....Haven't gotten a compliment before so 3 in one day was GREAT!:wave2:
 
Had 1 lb this week.

5 total since finding these boards and 11 total lbs loss since I started. :)
 
I weighed in yesterday, 6/4 and have lost a total of 3 pounds so far (been doing WW for 3 weeks). Can't wait to lose 2 more so I can have a new clippie!I would like to lose a total of 30-35 pounds, so I am on the right track.:Pinkbounc
 
I'm down one pound this week for a total of 31 pounds. I haven't weighed this low in 7 years. :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce:
