weekends or weekdays?

Do AP rates come out on the weekends, or weekdays? What time?

In other words, do we call like PS where you have to be ready at 6:59 am to have a pray of Cindys breakfast?

There has been so much talk & speculation regarding AP rates, that I'm nearly high with anticipation! Should I call every morning to check? Saturday & Sunday? AAAARRRGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
