I'm just sitting here thinking about what my family has planned this weekend. (not much! maybe due to next weekend being the 4th.
Tonight we're going to Orange Beach (Alabama) to visit some friends down on vacation, but that's about it.
Oh yea, we have to replace some dead fish in the tank.
Welcome to my wonderful world.

Now next weekend will be cool. The fireworks show at the beach is great! Similar to Epcot, they load a barge with fireworks and "shoot" them out in the Gulf of Mexico.

Just wondering what was on everyone's agenda.

Flying in to Orlando tomorrow then driving to meet DW and DD's at Cocoa Beach. Spend the afternoon at the beach.

Sunday going to EPCOT. We have a 10:00am PS for the Princess Storybook Breakfast that I have not told the girls about yet.

Sunday night planning on going to a DIS meet at ESPN

So I dont have much planned either. Maybe Monkeyboy or OCM have some good ideas?

tonight DH and I have US time since DS has a bday party to go to from 4-8 (Im out of work at 5)
Saturday is suppose to be a rainy day so Im thinking of Chuckees in the morn then 2 Brothers movie.
Sun either local beach or the farm and the other on Mon.

Tonight DBF and I are going to be trying to talk to our friend (who is having big time problems, I won't get into here as it is in several other threads). It will be a bad night. :( Later we are all going to see Two Brothers.

Tomorrow we have our D&D game group over. That should be fun. Sunday, we have nothing planned. We'll probably just get some cleaning done.

Big family wedding tomorrow afternoon (450 guests and the reception at the convention center) so that will take up the whole day. Today I'm having lunch with my sisters since the one from Texas is here for the wedding. Tonight I get to do sunless tanning for tomorrow since I got a great new outfit for the wedding that will look a heck of a lot better if I'm tan! Also need to do my nails tonight. Sunday will be recuperation day ;) .

We were walking by the fountian in Epcot, and noticed a lady approaching, she looked like she was walking on two carrots!
I hope your tanning goes better than hers!

Heading to Orlando to spend some time at CityWalk.

Wish I had firmed up these plans sooner so I could hook up with Dan Murphy at Disney somewhere.

Oh, well, maybe next time.

Baseball tournaments with DD, all weekend.

My 2 DS's race 4-wheelers and luckily the race tonite is near our home.

Saturday, the boys are going to be leaving at 4:00 a.m. for a race 3 hours away.

Sunday, local Fireman's Parade and Picnic. Our youngest daughter plays in the marching band, she just found out she gets to hold the "Lomira High School Band" banner in front of the band. She's pretty pumped, cause she just started marching.

Monday-Boss is back at work:sad2:

Tomorrow will be a fun-filled day at Fire/Rescue Station # 15. (Everyone please drive safe. It is WAY too hot for me to hop in my bunker gear. ;) )

Sunday, probably a "boat" day on the river, if the tide is not too low & the afternoon thunderstorms look like they will stay away.

Saturday MIL is coming to visit. DD will be really excited when she gets here.

Sunday we have no plans yet. We will probably go out to breakfast and to the park. Nice and relaxing. :)

I have a weekend wedding I am attending in the Hocking Hills... leaving in a few hours and won't be back until Sunday :)

Not a fun weekend here! Cleaning out and then painting the garage...Yuck!!

I went to that one time and it was a nightmare!!!! It was 17 years ago and we were nearly crushed to death. I've never been in a stampede of people like that before and I was seriously afraid for my dd (2 yrs) and my sister (8 yrs). They had fencing up forming a long corridor into and out of the park and as we were leaving it suddenly became filled with people. It was a loooonnngggg corridor and we were in the middle when this happened. You litterally had to move with the crowd, if someone fell then they were going to be trampled. There were policemen lining the other side of the fence and people were handing their babies and small children over the fence to the police so that they wouldn't be hurt.

I'm sure they have set up a different system now (or maybe hold it at another place) but wow, your post sure brought up memories.

Back on track, this weekend I will be cleaning house on saturday and making dinner for my dd Ashli and probably several friends when they get back from camp. Sunday will be church in the afternoon, go out to dinner that evening and then chat with friends and maybe play some cards or something.

So, you have dead fish in your tank. Don't leave them in there for too long or you will foul the tank, and kill everything else. Especially if you have salt water. When I lived on the NC coast, I used to collect specimens for my tank. I found two star fish, but one of them turned cannabalistic and ate the other one. How gross! I also had a tunicate sponge and managed to keep it alive for awhile. I was also amazed taht an anemone that I had lasted for about a year. of course they have special lighting requirements.

Have a great weekend!:sunny:
