It's raining here, so that changes up things for our weekend plans......here's the revisions!

Gotta take mom to walmart and grocery shopping- oh so much fun!

While there, I need to sneak off to the clearance tent, Bratz dolls are on clearance for $3.27 and tons more toys are out there...Might get some serious christmas shopping done today!

DBF went to the ER last night for shoulder injury and ended up with a cortizone injection so I need to make sure he doesnt have to go back (2 hours later, it was just as painful as before...)...I'm wishing they'd have done an X-ray or MRI, but they didnt...

DD's have rooms that need to be cleaned (wait, thats not new lol)

I have 1 english paper to write, and 1 test to study for on Monday.

I have to bartend Monday night, so I need to put lasagna together for DBF to throw in the oven for dinner, and I have late classes on Tuesday so need to figure something out for that night too

We were going to do some yard work, collecting stuff that needs to be brought indoors, and wash the car, but those are now put off until the sun reappears!

But I think right now, I"ll start with the shower!

Whats your plans for the weekend?

Brandy

Wow Brandi you have a lot going on. I hope your DBF feel better. After reading your post my day seems so boring. All I'm doing today is taking my DS to a birthday party. I hope you get everything accomplished on your list.

I was suprised that he even wanted to go to the ER, and even more suprised that he told me later it had already started to hurt again...the doc said the local would last at least hours, and then the steroid would kick in...looking back, I should have insisted on an Xray to make sure his clavical wasnt broken....but cant change that now.

I probably will get everything done except studying for my test...i'll do most of that tomorrow when the DD's are at their dads house...

Have a good weekend

Brandy

Busy weekend. No tent sales here.

We have soccer today and I am snack mom. Yippy.

The girls are getting their new bikes today that they saved their money for and we have to take our kitty for yet another follow up to the vet to make sure he is progressing. He just got discharged on Thursday after 6 days in when his feeding tube dislodged. He is doing oodles better though and is eating some food on his own. We just keep the feeding tube in for a bit longer to make sure he continues to gain weight.

Contemplating seeing "Everybody's Hero" this weekend, but not sure on that one just yet. I'm finally feeling like my normal self...don't want to get all wild. LOL.

What are you in school for, Brandy?

Our girls are at the grandparents this weekend. So we are going to clean. Oh and get some much needed rest. That's about it for here. Not nearly as much to do as you. I don't see how you are going to get it all done. But you did give me one idea I might head over to Walmart and see if they have anything on clearance for Christmas for my three. Good Luck on your shopping trip.

I have a tap rehearsal this morning at 11:00. The State Fair is here and my family had planned to go, but ya know, it's hard to go to the State Fair after you've been to Disney. Just not the same. If we go, we go; if we don't, we don't.

I have to go to my inlaws all day. :sad2: Then I am going out to dinner with friends tonight.

Respiratory Therapy.........20 months and $20,000 more and I'll be done :)

Was originally going for nursing, but they changed the application process- allowing highschool students a step up for taking certain classes during school. Last year, we had 140 applicants for 60 spots in that program.....I spent some time thinking about what i wanted to do and why I wanted to be a nurse- to come up with the answer of "i wanted to help people"....(pretty lame answer but) it led me to the RT program, after spending a day with a RRT at a local hospital i realized I would be helping just as much, without the crap that comes with nursing- ie...working short staffed, having way to many patients etc... and I could start the program this fall, isntead of waiting yet another year. The classes I took last year, are classes that are required for RT as well as the ADN program, so I didnt waste any time or money on them....thankfully!

The other really cool thing our RT program, is one of only 2 in the state, and we're a really close bunch of 13 :) much different than the 60 in the nursing program. We go out to eat between classes, study often together, and enjoy working together in classes. I know in the nursing program, some of the students don't know anyone else.......I like the small program....and we only have 2 professors, which is even cooler!

Sorry for ramblings...........but thanks for asking!

I am going to watch my DS8 play in three baseball games in two different towns-one an hour away.Hopefully I will be able to sneak in a trip to a grocery store to pick up cupcakes for the team because his birthday is Monday.I will tomorrow if I can't today.

I hope to get home early enough to pack some more.We leave Friday for WDW!! :thumbsup2

DISing this morning and enjoying a chocolate chip cookie for breakfast!

DH, DD16, and I are heading to Boston this afternoon. We're going to hit the shopping complex at the Prudential Center, and dinner is going to be at the food court. We all like different eating places there, so we'll get what we want and eat at a centrally located table. :) DD likes Johnny Rocket's food, DH likes some kind of chicken that he gets at a Chinese eatery, (can't remember the name of it), and I have to get corn chowder from Boston Chowda. LOVE their chowder and can't get it up here.

We'll go to a late movie, then head over to Logan airport to pick up DS25. He's arriving on a late flight from Arizona. DD has missed having big brother at home and she is very excited to see him. :)

Tomorrow will be a hang around the house type of day. I may cook a stew in the crock-pot, DD has homework to attend to, and DH will be watching the Patriot's game. Disboards, tv movies, the Sunday newspaper, and board games will also probably figure into the day. I really love lazy Sundays!

Hope everyone has a fun weekend!

Reilly is going out on a "playdate" with another DIS doggie today. We are meeting Petey (and his mom Shugardrawers and DH of course ;) ) for a day of shopping the outlets in Williamsburg.

I think I'm about to be subjected to a couple of hours at the gianormous Yankee flagship store.

This afternoon I'm going to the movies with paintnolish and our kids, then to McD's.

Tomorrow, I think we're just going to stay home and grill out.

We are thinking we will go to Epcot today to check out the set up for Food and Wine. Maybe go in the pool later. Not sure about tomorrow-no plans yet. :sunny:

I am going to "new and clueless parent orientation" for my DDs dance company. Kids are going to riding lessons w/ Dad. Then tonight, DH are going out on a date - 1st time in a WHILE!!!

Wow--that actually sounds cool!

I went garage saling this morning, a big waste of time. Morning sickness, or afternoon & evening sickness is kicking me in the rump so I think i'll be doing nothing the rest of the day.

Tomorrow we have a birthday party to go to and I have to run a few errands.

dropped daugther off at marching band practice at 10 - pick her up at 2:30

Maybe some cleaning, laundry, dishes

swim practice tomorrow

I might go with my husband to visit his parents tomorrow. He needs to cut wood for them. They visit us often so I don't really feel the need to go over their house. For one, it's FILTHY!!! They have mold growing, they NEVER clean. It's disgusting. I don't think it's a good idea that we bring our 5 month old daughter there either. We also have to go to Costco. My husband says he wants to stock up on food. I'm all for that. :goodvibes
