Every DVC resort is booked. I even tried all different unit sizes and nothing is available. Is it the F&W that has everything booked up? I've never seen OKW & SSR with no availability.

We just booked a cruise on the Magic for Nov 9th & I was looking to stay at WDW for the 2 nights before the cruise. I guess I'll just have to pay cash for a non DVC room. :confused3

One of the extremely high DVC demand times; even SSR studios were gone before 7 months out for the Friday of that weekend this year. Moreover, for many times in the last quarter of the year (DVC's highest demand quarter by far), you can be blocked out if trying to reserve less than four months out. Other reasons for its high demand include: that weekend ends Food & Wine; Food and Wine half marathon on Sat; that weekend begins Christmas decorations in MK and Mickey's after hours Christmas party;it is the end of Jersey week (schools closed in NJ); that Thursday and Fridayi is a popular teacher conference time and school closings in other states; still in second lowest point season.

OP I needed just that Saturday night in a studio anywhere and another disboard member was looking for a 1 bedroom last week. ....somehow we both ended up with LV units at BLT. Someone may have cancelled a 2 bedroom. ....any way, I was Stalking the site myself 50 tines a day for around 3 day. There were a few times that a room showed as available and when I went to book, it was gone. My advice if you can stand it is to waitlist for two of the bigger resorts but stalk and don't hesitate if something shows up.

Thanks so much for the info everyone! :goodvibes

I'm going to stalk the DVC site & hope something comes through. If not, I'll just make a cash ressie for PoP. I found a code for a small discount.
