Weekend nights and crowds

So, we are used to DL being super crowded Fri-Sun nights, and DCA being low key. I am guessing this has changed... my current plans have us doing dessert seating for F! on Friday December 7th, hanging out in DCA after dinner on Saturday the 8th and checking out Mad T Party. But Sunday I am unsure... I know its easy to hop... but we are doing Goofy's Kitchen at 5:20 Sunday night, and can either take the monorail into Tomorrowland (there-by missing the probably congestion around the CP... but if everything else will be slammed too thanks to F! and Fireworks... maybe we should do DCA again that night instead. We will probably be done before 10 anyway... and DCA is open till 11 that night. Recent experiences on this? Anything I am not taking into account?
