Weekend Crowds?

I'm planning on going to the Universal parks on a weekday, but my sister might meet me in Orlando and since she has an AP for Universal she wants to go there. What kind of waits would we probably have this weekend? This is the weekend before Pres Day, so we won't have those crowds, but I want to make sure we're not spending too much time in line since my 4yo has no patience and will want to reride the rides that he likes. I'm assuming that first thing in the morning will be ok, but what about mid-day. How long is the posted wait for Spiderman, MiB, etc?
