Weekday Morning Travel Time DLH to Long Beach Airport

Planning on using Uber to get to LGB on Wednesday morning in October for a 10:30 SW flight. Not sure how bad the traffic will be and looking for suggestions on what time to leave. I’m not adverse to getting to the airport early and hanging out at the gate.

We flew out of LGB at 8:55 am this past Thursday. Our Lyft driver picked us up at about 6:35 am and we were at LGB by 7 am. We have TSA precheck and were through security by 7:10 am. It's such a small airport that there aren't a lot of food options so be prepared to wait in line at those. Otherwise it seems like a great, super chill airport. Southwest boarded on the tarmac at both ends of the plane which is a huge time saver.
