Week of New Yrs 2014

Our travel dates this yr are Dec 28th-Jan 4th. Does Disney offer deals (30% Off room only or Free Dining) during this week? Has anyone gotten these deals before? DH is afraid since we're traveling over a holiday and one of the busiest times of the yr that WDW won't offer any deals. Any help would be great, thanks!!!

We have never traveled during this time either but are considering it this year. We have AP's but not even sure we could get a room only discount. Would love to hear past scenerios.
