Week of July 4th Question

Hi, my husband and I will be in Orlando from July 4th - the 7th and we are trying to decide if we want to go to US or IOA. We went to Disney during Christmas & New Years and it was so crowded we really didnt get to ride any of the good stuff. My question is when is the best time to go during that time period and what is the best kind of ticket to get? Is the express pass thing worth it?

If you only want to go to one park, just purchase the one park ticket online and you can save a bit of money off waiting to purchase them at the gate. The Express Plus passes is worth it during very busy seasons and holidays. Since you will be here during a holiday weekend, you can expect huge crowds on Sunday...very crowded on Monday and then getting back to just crowded on Tuesday. If you get to the park at opening you should be able to do some of the larger attractions w/o the EP so just keep that in mind.

It depends on what you want to do. If you like coasters and thrills, you might want to stay with IOA. But with WWoHP open, you might want to avoid some of the crowds and go to the Studios. Check out the website and see which park appeals to you.
