Week of Aug 14 - 2006 Half-Full Marathon Info/Training Thread

Did a 20mile bike ride pulling the boy this morning. when I pull him we go to Pea Ridge National Military park b/c it is slow moving one way traffic and it is mostly shaded. did not see any really weird wild life today. did see 2 deer and 1 armadillo. He was so patient to be in the trailer for that long. That is the longest ride I have done with him!
