Week of 05/01 thru 05/07

We have been going to Disney since 1985. This was the worst visit ever. The crowds were enormous, the food has gone down in quality, the wait in lines was terrible, even for the Fast Pass. Florida heat was high, unusually so, for April-May. It will be a long time before we go back, if ever. It seems Disney has let this get out of hand in order to make money. Also, the workers at Disney were not as pleasant as they used to be. They had attitudes and a sort of "Don't bother me" type of response to us when we needed help. We had reservations at Crystal Palace and then had to wait 45 minutes beyond our reservation time, out in the heat. The backyard BBQ had changes (had been twice before) and the changes made things worse. We just had an awful time. No magic anymore.

Im sorry you didnt enjoy your visit. I was there the first week of May as well and I was very taken aback by the crowds and lines everywhere. It was nuts . There were alot of school groups and cheerleaders too.
