Week-end chit chat 6/22-17/24

I know not quite the week-end but it is Friday & my DH is working all week-end this week

I'm sure all of us are wishing that we were going with PN so let's wish her safe travels & alots of

I"m working on DHS this week-end starting with Indy Show - should be cute when done

what is everyone else doing?? any fun things??

how many should I actually use on a LO??

Reddy I go with the rule of 3 on most of my stuff. I'm around on and off this weekend. if the heat doesn't break I'm not leaving the camper and the wireless doesn't reach out there. I'm done with heat! 2 showers a day is insane.

If i do leave I will be sweating in a hayfield and helping to band the boy calves. ouch poor babies.

Hi Reddy! I'm hoping to get some scrapping in this weekend. I need to work on some swap pieces and my niece's disney abc book, but my parents' garden is getting in the way of my play time. I'm working on freezing my 5th gallon of sliced peaches and I think I have about that many more to do. Mom also has a bunch of peppers she's going to give me later, so I don't know how much scrapping I'll get to.

Can't wait to see the Indy Mickey's. Your stuff is always so great!

peaches sound wonderful - peach cobbler really sounds wonderful (homemade ice cream on top??)
We didn't do much of a garden this year so DH has tended to it all.

one more set to go - need to quit looking at the creative DIsigns

The peaches are good & I'm planning on making a cobbler later. Wish I had thought of ice cream when I was buying groceries a few days ago. We may have to stop and grab a gallon after Derek's baseball game tonite.

I'm working on 4 - maybe do 2 LOs - if sister comes, then we will have alot pictures (she actually takes more then me)

I'll post a pic before figuring out the LOs - they are kinda big so one on a page would work

that makes sense to me. I so don't have the patience to do those! Jen cut me some raccoons at the crop in april I learned why I don't do them. I should learn to use the cricut to it's full extent just dont have time at the moment

I been at this since 7 this morning but that does include inkscaping most of it too
almost done with the gluing
then it needs some pen work

those are cute! I would do 1-2 on a page, guess it depends on how many photos you think will be on the LO


I might be around over the weekend, nothing planned as of yet, just not sure if I am feeling very creative

As usual they are fantastic. How could you not use them all, I could never choose.

I'm up and really want to go back to bed, last few nights we slept in the camper it was so hot. It's cheaper to ac that than the entire house and I hate that bed. Slept sooo good last night but Tom had to be up and out this am at 7 so of course I woke up.

Today I think its cleaning day again. After every party my scrap room and bedroom get trashed with last minute throw ins. so I'll be around on and off for a bit today after I get errands done. Once he gets home who knows what will be going on.

it is not yet 7 here - DH had to go to work too so I'm up & about
really need to get launrdy going since I didn't yesterday
any room that cah be locked up gets the last minute junk around here too - good luck on getting it all back to the right spots

I pulled out some really ugly paper & playing with it - going to make the section title pages for DHS with it - I'm wondering if it is too busy?? oh well I'll get it glued down anyways at least it will be different than what I usually do

I am up and moving, but am the only one so far. I am going to enjoy the peace while it lasts. Need to start some laundry and then get set up to cut some pieces for my workshop this afternoon.

I plan to work on the wedding album. A group of us get together at least once a month, it is great to bounce ideas off each other. A few of the others have recently purchased cricuts so we share our cartridges at the workshops for others to get cuts without having to buy the catridges. My Creative Memories consultant hosts them and has paper and such for sale, she is not pushy about the product but has it available if we need it. We have alot of fun.
