Week between Christmas and new years

Hi! I'm planning out my points and am looking at Dec 26th, 2025-jan 2nd. I will be be doing a split stay due to points on different contracts. I will book Poly studio 26th-31st and then akl 1 bed. I'd like to switch so we have a 1 bedroom the whole time. I have a contract i can add to Poly points at 7 months. Would love beach club or boulder ridge. Any chance they will be available at 7 months? How is akl 1 bedroom standard at 7 months for that week? Thanks!

I would hurry and book whatever is available. A lot of rooms are already booked with scattered availability for 1 to 3 days in that time period.

The BCV 1BR is typically missing multiple days of that week prior to 7 months. There is a better chance of dates being available at Boulder Ridge.

At AKV, chances are best at Kidani, with greater chances at Savannah View.

Christmas week is the second highest DVC room demand week of the year at WDW (first week of Dec is first). Though 1BRs tend to last longer than other rooms, getting one at BCV at 7-months out is likely impossible and even BRV is a fairly low chance. For AKV, you may possibly be able to get a 1BR savanna view at Kidani, but standard view willl be highly unlikely at either AKV building. Best chance, to the extent one exists, will likely be a 1BR at SSR or OKW.

You also have a start date issue that lowers the chances. Even if any 1BRs are open for Christmas week at 7-months out from Dec 23, they could be gone before 7-months out from Dec 26, taken by members booking multiple days at 7 months out from Dec 23 and 24.
