Well, I just found another thread where everyone is having lots of problems booking Akershus, so at least it's not just her. It looks like the general consensus is Disney is holding back some ressies and will release them later. *shrug*

This whole process is getting ridiculous. (But I'm a sucker for punishment apparently, bc I do this dance with Disney every year. )

I hope that is right. I started booking online for an 11/27 - 12/5 trip right at opening bell on my 180-day mark and there was absolutely no Akershus dinner availability the entire trip. I find it hard to believe the entire restaurant could have booked up for a 12/4 dinner that quickly for that far out (180 + 7).

Akershus is one place I really, really want to eat. We've loved it since it first opened, when it was a full Norwegian buffet, cold and hot dishes.

Last I saw 6:10 pm was the latest one, at 6:15 and after there is a pop up that warns you a party ticket will be necessary for the reservation

Awesome! The reservation finder got me a 6:05 Crystal Palace today. I was only able to find a 4:00 on my 180 day. It would be perfect to end our day with an ADR on the way out of the park.

I am having the same trouble with not getting Akershus at all.

Yep 5/30 memorial day at 6ish FL time. I was camping... in a tent... doing everything from my phone only (flipping back n forth from my desired list ideas to reservation finder)!

I hadn't been checking for lunch availability, only dinner. Now I wish I had been! At this point, I'll take lunch or dinner. Any day, 11/28 - 12/3. There are only 2 of us, so hopefully that won't be too hard as time goes on. I'll be obsessively checking every day until our trip.

Ah maybe that's why. I bet you will be able to find it for a party of 2. We have 6. I didn't think most of the dinner menus would thrill my picky kids so I tried some lunches instead. It's our first time doing TS dining so I wasn't too picky about meal times. I just wanted lots of character meals for the kids.

They might do an anniversary sale next week. I sure hope so, because other than the return trip, there's really nothing good for Thanksgiving weekend yet.

I was going through old family pictures today and found some great Disney ones - old parade pics from Donald's 50th birthday celebration in 1984, fireworks above the castle, meets with Baloo, 3 caballeros, etc. So fun to see how thing have changed (mostly my outfits over the years )

*11/29 BOG lunch 12:50 pm - GONE
*11/29 'Ohana dinner 5:15 pm
*12/2 BOG dinner 4:50 pm
