That was mostly all in the flight down too, the return flight only went up $6 per ticket. Yikes.

Camping this weekend is rained out, so I'll be home Monday morning to do ADRs. Now at least I'll have DH to help me, I can have him on his computer. I'm going to be so distracted all weekend, I'm so nervous! I feel like it's an exam I've been studying for, and getting all my ADRs means I get an A. lol

Is everyone ready for their ADR day? Any last-minute tips for a noob?

Today was ADR day for me, I got pretty much everything I wanted, including I believe, the last lunch at LLT on Thanksgiving day. Will have to go back and sort through and cancel some, just as I was finishing and I was thinking about changing up a breakfast reservation the website crashed. It stayed up for about 30 minutes, was expecting it to go down earlier.

I'm so glad Touring Plans sent an email, I had the 30th in my head and it stuck haha.
Hopefully this 1 extra day helps us get a jump on the good ones!

I was curious about how that works. Since the park tickets r linked with the FD reservation I didn't know if the RO will open up all the dates or not. ????

I didn't think it would work either, but it did for me last year. We had a two night room only, followed by a three night dining plan package, and I was able to book all my reservations at the same time. I was a bit flustered since I wasn't expecting that. I'm going to have everything written out ready to go tomorrow, just in case!

Anyone can make ADR's at 180 days - no on site stay or tickets are required. But the 180+10 opens up for an onsite stay with or without park tickets.

The FPP window will open at 60 days from the stay with the tickets attached to it, so for us the date of our FD package as well.

Thank God for u guys. I would have missed a whole day of booking! Well tomorrow at 6 am it is! Feeling a bit more confident now. Just need to finalize plans today. Eeeeeeeeek so exciting!

Me too!! I'm also considering adding a BOG reservation just for coffee (or wine?!) and dessert.....is that terrible of me?

not terrible, go for it! As a former server it's expected not all tables will be big spenders, and I'm guessing with overpriced Disney restaurants they see a LOT of dessert only reservations. I wouldn't hesitate to do it.

I read in one of the BOG breakfast threads to just order a mickey straw for 69 cents...now that seems a little terrible haha.

However, I considered just getting a coffee and soft drinks for the kids lol. No wasting a credit for the very mediocre breakfast food, but still getting in early. I am going to try and snag a breakfast reservation there just in case I can talk my DH into going again...it really did help us have a great morning at MK without waiting in the RD crowd.

Yes from 6am till about 6:30am. The app isnt letting us select days past 11/24 for some reason. I have to do this weird work around by going to my dinning reservations then adding a reservation. Trying to click on the dinning tab on the front page wouldnt work. This is the first time Ive gone since MDE and booking ADR's online is a thing, so Im not sure if its always so picky about how you do things.


I did call The WDW PLAY number at 7am to try and book an Illuminations cruise, I wasnt fast enough and the wait was 187 minutes..... Im guessing it was so long because the website was down, but just WOW.
