We are thinking of making a quick trip out the week after Thanksgiving, so we can see holiday decorations without all the crowds. We will have time for two full park days. However, our family has a disagreement about which days to go!
Here is a snapshot of the debate - would love any opinion that tips the scales!
Wed/Thur, 11/28&29 - slightly cheaper flights and hotel rates, lowest crowds, probably no fireworks
Thur/Fri, 11/29&30 - better chance of fireworks (Friday), fewer days off work with the later departure
Is it a coin flip? To me, the biggest factor is always crowds. I'm worried that Friday might be packed. Crowd calendars definitely show it busier than wed/thurs. But will it be a big enough difference that it's worth taking an extra day off work and missing fireworks to avoid crowds?
TIA!
