Week after Easter.....good time to go?

Looking at going the week after Easter but I am wondering what the crowds would be like? Is this a good time or bad time to go?

The week before and after Easter are 2 of the busiest weeks of the year (spring break). I'd definately pick another time if possible.

According to the crowd predictions of easywdw.com it looks like that would be a decent week to go. This will be our 3rd April trip and we will be there the week before you are considering. Our kids spring break is always the week after Easter so we've been different weeks and our other two trips were fine as far as crowds go. Since Easter is earlier this year I think the rest of April would be manageable.

I've been the week after Easter 3 times -- it's a very busy week. Big crowds, long lines, great weather though and the parks open early and close really late so that kind of makes up for the crowds.

We're going the 7-9 of April. Shouldn't be too bad at all. We've done this time frame several years in a row. The Florida schools/colleges should all be back in session and actually alot of colleges are on Spring Break now (we were at DHS on Monday & it was crazy). It's also Bike Week down here right now and the crowds are intense everywhere. I just can't wait to go stay at POR & enjoy the parks!
