Wednesdays?

Has anyone gone to the Game Show Wednesdays at BWV for DVC members? If so, what is it like and is it worth going to?

My DH and I went this past trip (only a week and a half ago). It was our first time. It was fun and funny, best part was seeing people get chosen for their "surprise" gifts. Everyone was given a DVC member hat before leaving. There were refreshments and snacks served and Dee Vee Cee was very entertaining.

I wouldn't come home from the parks or cancel an ADR for it, but if you are there when it starts - check it out. It doesn't last long and its good for a couple of (dare I say) corny jokes.

Don't bother with it at all. I was really disappointed in everthing about it. Everything felt cheap, the snacks, drinks, atmosphere. For all the money we pay for DVC, I feel they could step the quality up a whole lot. Just do away with it all together, save us some dues money.

I thought these get togethers were paid for out of marketing funds by DVD, to encourage people to buy add-ons, not out of dues from DVC members.
