Wednesday or Thursday?

Okay, I hate to beat a dead horse and I hate to seem like I am obsessing but.... The Unofficial Guide says that Thursday is the slowest day at DL. I think I have read on the DISBoards that Wednesday was the slowest day at DL. Next week we are going to DL and DCA. Which park would you go to on which day? I'd like to hear what the DIS DL veterans have to say!!

Thursday is an EE day at DL so unless you have passes for that I would go to DL on Wednesday and DCA on Thursday.

No matter which day it will be so much fun!

Personally I think Monday -Thursday would be your best days to go to DLand.

Fri- Sunday would be the busiest during the summer, especially this coming Holiday weekend.

Don't sweat it, just have a great time and use fast passes to get you through the day.

Right now, in the summer season, people are visiting more days. Your lightest days typically would be Tue-Thu, but Aladdin is usuall down Tue-Wed (unless they've changed the schedule), so I would make sure to go on a day that includes the Aladdin Show.

I am assuming we have Early Entry one day. We purchased a SoCal Citypass that has a 3 day Park Hopper. Does anyone know if EE is included with this pass?

I thought Aladdin was an every day thing during high season, but MJ is right. FWFWI, I just checked the DL schedule for July and it appears Aladdin is every day except for Mon/Tue.

I agree 100%. If you do not have Early Entry on your ticket then go to DL on a Wed. That is really a no-brainer as far as I am concerned. The day of the week does not matter at DCA as long as you avoid weekends, and even then it is usually not as crowded as DL. So if you are doing 2 days, then DL on Wed and DCA on Thurs.

This week was anomaly, with the Southern California Annual Pass coming to a blackout period until late August. People with this AP rushed in to get a last visit before the blackout.

Yes you get EE for one of the 3 days of entry.

Thanks for everyone's advice. We are going to DL/DCA for three days total. We are going Wed and Thurs next week and then Tuesday or Wed the following week. We do have a three day hopper bonus ticket. So we have early entry. I'm thinking that we can go to DL Wed do EE at DL Thurs then hope over to DCA after. What is open on EE days? Isn't it just Fantasyland?

Most all of FantasyLand, and part of TomorrowLand - specifically Space Mtn and Buzz LY. I would encourgae you to resist the temptation to ride SM or Buzz during EE. These are both FastPass rides which you can back to later.
