Oooooooooooooo, the Disney Parks Blog is going to announce Wednesday when they are going to start taking ADR's for Be Our Guest!

It also says some of the menu will be revealed!

Presidents' Day. Or maybe National Pistachio Day (Feb 26th).

By saying "Holidays", they are being intentionally Vague. Because of the excitement and expectations for both BoG and Little Mermaid, They don't want to announce a date and then have something cause an unexpected delay that forces them to push that date. "Holidays" gives them more wiggle room for the unexpected.


Remember.... Even the single Dumbo spinner was delayed from it's initial announced opening date, and it's not nearly as complex as what they are preparing to open.
