If my ceremony is at 12 pm at Sea Breeze Point, what time should I tell guests to arrive? 1130?

Maybe 1115 would be better just to be safe. They can sit in the Boardwalk first.

For my 12pm ceremony I left it at 12pm in the invite but in the inserts which gave more info I put that they needed to be seated by 11:45. my planner was very clear with me that once I arrived we would be starting and anyone late would be held.
