Wedding Room block builder

I'm a bit confused. I'm trying to figure out the room block builder and rates and such with the Wish Book. Looking at the chart, where it says "rates" to the far right of it, for the Allstar Movies resort it simply says "$12". Now, did they skip a zero? I know that the room is not going to be $12 per room per night! I also selected something more expensive, the Grand Floridian, just to see what that said, and under "rates" it said "$4"!

Is it just my computer being weird? I mean, it's kind of weird with the wish book as it is.

I don't know much about the room block builder but my WC did tell me that basically the Wish Book stinks. She says it's very buggy...

I don't really get the room block builder, but I read on mouseweddings.com that value resorts get a 10% discount; Mod's, AKL, WL, and Poly get 15%, and GF, Contemporary, BW, BC & YC all get 30% discount.

When it is time for you to submit your room block your WP will send you an excell spread sheet to fill in. The room block builder in the wish book doesn't work very well, so they don't seem to use it. As for the rates, since WDW hotel rates vary so much by season, I think the amounts you see are just to give you an idea of how it works. The specific rates for each hotel will be listed in your contract.
