Hi I am getting married in May 2015 I signed my contract back in September, I filled out the questionnaire for my planner. I have not heard from her since her initial greeting email in September. I know this is a waiting game for Disney but I am worried I haven't heard a thing from her. How much did you guys hear from your planners? How often?

Not all that often until after the planning session. We really only had contact with her assistant up until the planning session, and it was mostly when I initiated contact with her with a question.

That's normal. They don't really ramp up the planning until you're within 6 months, and right now they're in the middle of a busy holiday wedding season. You'll should start to hear more as you get closer to your date.
