Anyone know if you can take wedding photos at a disney resort. Ive called disney a few time and most of them said yes and absolutly but some had said no. Were so confused and was wondering if anyone could help us
Found this on the official Disney website, but seems related to having a Disney wedding and then using your own outside photographer. Are you planning to have the wedding at Disney or somewhere in the area not on Disney property and then go to Disney just for photo taking? Even if you just want pictures at a Disney resort, I can see Disney wanting to be involved to know how much equipment setup there will be (things like lighting/backdrops/etc.) and they can offer advice on locations so you don't block public areas even in the resorts.
Disney phone people are often all over the map with their information and many just seem to guess at an answer if they really don't know and aren't willing to take the time to look it up. I would try to contact someone who actually works on Disney weddings to get current/accurate information about your question. That website refers to them as Disney Wedding Consultants.

I don’t have an answer, but you staying at a Disney resort? They’re often still refusing entry if you’re not staying at that particular resort. Not sure if they’ll let you bring several cars or a limo into a resort you’re not staying at. Are you using a professional photographer? They might have a contact they can check with.
If you’re in the area a day or 2 before, you might stop at the resort you’re planning on going to & getting official permission. I wouldn’t trust anything an average CRO CM says. Or maybe try to contact the wedding planning service & see if they can help.
