Wedding Officiant

Ok, so we're not having a DISNEY wedding, but we are getting married while we're on vacation and using Disney as our honeymoon - ok, our kids will be there, but it's well worth it!

Does anyone have any info regarding how to go about finding a wedding officiant? We have the location, but we need either Justice of the Peace or Notory Public. We aren't the same religion and so we don't know how to go about that...

Any help is very much appreciated!!! This is the ONLY thing we have left to do other than decide what we're wearing and our wedding bands. This is all happening in just about 2-3 months

Most of the officiants that do Disney weddings also do weddings at other locations.
