Wedding logos

Hi everyone:

I'm new to posting, but not to viewing! My Disney wedding is going to be on June 22 of 2008, so I have over a year of blogging and planning to go. I have a few questions about the gorgeous logos I've seen (especially VistaLeigh'smommy). Did you have to pay to have those designed? Where did you go? What was the process/timing? I appreciate all your help.

Hi! Alot of us got logo help from the nice ladies at the Creative board. It's under the Community section. They do not charge. Just ask that the logos are only used for personal use. Welcome.

OK, can you give me an example of a wedding logo? I never seen one that I know of and my daughter just set a date for summer 2008 for their wedding with a WDW honeymoon . Please tell/ or show me about a wedding logo. Thanks

I know that I am showing my ignorance, but what exactly do you do with a wedding logo? Is it like a theme? Thanks for your patience with this feeling pretty old, mother of the Bride.

I've seen many things done with a wedding logo - I see your point though, calling it a wedding logo sounds like a corporate word Actually it's just a custom graphic but easier to call it a logo.

Usually wedding logos I have seen have couple's names, initials, date and if in WDW, Disney Fairy Tale Wedding wording in there or their theme, ex. one bride used 'Flipflops & Fairytales' as her theme and her logo had that wording in there. Other brides have other play on wording in theirs.

Logos can go on Invitations, welcome bags, T-shirts, programs, Etc....

Just to give you an idea of what you use them for.

I would post one but I don't have one yet - still playing around with ideas.
