Wedding inside Universal

I know that it's strictly forbidden to have an impromptu wedding in WDW, but what about Universal? We're going in February with our kids, my husband's parents, his sister and her kids and her fiance. I'm ordained through the Universal Life Church, so I thought I'd tell them I'd marry them in the park if they wanted. Both of them have been married before, so they don't want a real "wedding." Does Universal have a policy about this?

They do this from time to time, I've been to weddings at the hard rock before, and Portofina has a wedding area. They do in the parks as well.
