Wedding Event Planners!

Super excited! Just got our wedding event planner and can't wait to start getting everything set up!
My planner is Mary Williamson, she sounds great, I'm wondering if anyone has worked with her and any things you could share would be great!



Also, we never requested a BEO with our coordinator it seems like we didn't do much with Bill but the basics... can we still get one once we've talked with our planner?

welcome! I am working with meri now for our VR in july. Meri and her asistant Alix have been wonderful IMO! you will get a beo approx six months out, thats when prices are set..... we got ours in jan ( we had a PS in dec) good luck and have fun!

Your planner is the one who puts together the BEO. Bill is you sales consultant.

Meri is super sweet and if she's in her office, she usually replys to emails that same day. You can't get a BEO till 6 months out. Good luck with your planning!
