Wedding Dinner Help!

has anyone ever ate at the flying fish after the wedding? My wedding planner reccommened it but I have never been there, so I was wondering if anyone else had expierence? Also where did you guys eat after your weddings? Any advice is so needed! oh I'll have about 18 guests!

Flying Fish is great! We have eaten there a few times, great atmosphere and really good seafood! We are having our dinner reception at O'hana's after our VR ceremony! Congrats & have fun planning!

We ate at Narcoossee's. We loved it - I highly recommend it!! I've never eaten at the Flying Fish though, so I can't compare.

I dont know about a wedding reception as it is never something that I looked into but I have eaten there many times and the food is AMAZING - I have never had a bad meal there so it comes highly recommended for the food from me!

We didn't eat there after our wedding. However, my parents hosted a small event at the Flying Fish the day after our wedding for my father's immediate family. We didn't attend, but from what we heard the service they got was top notch, and the food, as always was fabulous. I think it would be be a great place to have dinner after your wedding - I really like the atmosphere in that restaurant.

Another popular place for dinner has been the Yachtsman Steakhouse at the Yacht Club.

we didn't eat there after the wedding, but DH and I went for a "just the 2 of us" meal the night after the wedding while SIL and BIL babysat for us.
It was a fantastic meal. I had a crab cake for starter and then a wonderful steak ( I know it's mainly a fish resturant, but I wasn't in a fishy mood! )
We wasn't going to order a desert, but we got one anyhow! They brought out this yummy creme caramel with fresh fruits lit with a candle as a congratulations.
It's funny, because we have stayed at the Boardwalk many times now and we have never eaten there before, but we would go back in a shot, and will make sure we do next time we're there.
