Wedding day timeline

Hi again all,

I have had times confirmed today by my photographer so i am trying to put together some sort of draft timeline. Trouble is, i am concerned we arent going to fit everything in, time seems very tight!! Your thoughts would be much appreciated

12:30 - 2:00pm - Hair (me & parents)
2:00 - 3:15pm - Make up (me & mum)
3:30pm - Photographers arrive
4:00pm - Dressed
4:30pm - Limo to wedding pavillion
5:00pm - Ceremony
5:30 - 6:00pm - Photos outside pavillion
6:15 - 6:45pm - Cake cutting / Mickey & Minnie
6:45 - 7:15pm - Photographs
7:15 - 8:40pm - Grand Floridian Cafe
8:45pm - Grand 1 yacht from GF boat deck
9:00 - 9:30pm - Wishes fireworks

Are these also the times your planner and other vendors (hair and make up) suggested? It does look like alot and not much breathing space, but it isn't atypical.

My sister is a hairdresser (so can do whenever) and the make up lady said she will work around whatever time the photographer suggested. I was sent a basic itinerary from our wedding planner so i am just trying to work off that really.

Pre-ceremony i dont mind as i have all day, its after that i am worried about. Trying to fit in cake cutting, photographs and a meal before the fireworks cruise is quite a juggle!! Damn the 2:30 ceremony slot not being available x
