Wedding coordinator says we didn't pay for pics UPDATE :) Got our pictures!!!

Ok we got married on April 27th just south of Cocoa Beach while on our 10 night WDW trip... we've been patiently waiting to see our photos. After 2 weeks we called and she told us she got them in late and it would take approx. 4 weeks and call back in another 2 weeks. So we did just that. No answer. I sent emails, left messages all that good stuff...She had told dh that they were going to her home state Iowa for a few weeks at beginning of June... so we figured she was just on vacation. DH just got off the phone w/her and now she's trying to say we didn't pay for any pictures and we'd have to give her more $ to see them! I DON'T THINK SO LADY! So, I immediately got all the emails and the signed contract showing exactly what we paid for. And the pictures WERE included in the package we paid for. Now, we'll see what she has to say about that! I'd hate to have to go back to FL to take this lady to court but this is ridiculous! Hopefully she just misunderstood or got us confused with someone else. But if not...we'll be back to WDW sooner than I thought! Sorry, just needed to vent!! I took over 600 pictures at WDW but not a single one at our wedding!! I figured, I'm paying them to take them, I won't need to take any.

OH... I've been watching my email daily eagerly waiting to see them!! There are some gorgeous pictures in there... I am so thankful I keep everything!! I have the contract, the emails I sent her showing how many pictures, what flowers, and what vows we wanted. Thank goodness!!! We got married at sunset just for the lighting and color... I know they are going to be beautiful... but I WANT THEM!! I can't believe she's trying to get more $ out of us... I mean, I can understand her trying to sell us MORE pictures than we originally purchased b/c they're so great...but come on... at least give us what we paid for!!!

Well, after having to threaten the lady...we got our pictures!!! It took just over 2 months. We paid for 20 pictures to start. Since it took so long, she went ahead and sent us just over 100 pictures!!! I am so excited Now I've got to save them and get them where I can share them. I am sooo excited!!!Here are a few...

Now I have to see how to get them not to be blurry... they were scanned.. I'm so use to just downloading them from my dig. camera myself and save to photobucket but they were sent already printed...

Great pictures..what a nightmare though...You have to trust so many people who are behind the scenes while you are trying to be "the star of the show" or "in the moment" yourself.
Our wedding photographer was a joke...he took pictures of Nonnecessary things (like a close up of us, but not a whole picture of the OLD timey car we were going to get into..) Then he arrived late to the reception- after we cut the cake..- had to redo that one...and then left to do another "GIG". I was so upset- but glad that other people shared their pictures with us.
$$$$ down the drain!
