Has anyone here had the bakery make a small wedding cake and had it waiting in their room while on their honeymoon, I would like to do this as a surprise for my DH2B, because we aren't having a WDW wedding, but are honeymooning there. I want something small, the one with the silver Mickey's embossed on it. Any ideas?
TIA :thumbsup2

You can order a 6" cake from the Grand Bakery IF you are staying at the Grand. If your at another resort, you would have to check with that resort. As the Grand bakery does the embossed Mickey stamps, that may be your only option for the embossed cake.

A word on the embossing. The Mickey stamp is placed on a fondant covered cake, which is something as a self service guest you do not want to deal with. The fondant is mainly for the look only, and can be very difficult to cut on your own. Fondant wedding cakes are stripped of their fondant prior to cutting. Your best bet would be to order a buttercream iced cake with piped Mickey heads on the sides. A cake of this nature should be easier to order from other resorts.
