Wedding Button

Did you know that you can get a wedding button (similar to the birthday buttons) for free while you're on your honeymoon? Go to Guest Relations and ask-they're cute and you can't beat free!

No, I didn't know that! Like a dummy, I just bid on one the other day from e-bay.

Although they are not free, at D/MGM there is a shop just as you walk in, on the right (Sorry I forget the name) that makes nametags. We got ours to say Bride and Groom.

When I got home one of the gifts we had gotten was a shadow box, and I put the pins in there, along with my Mickey & Minnie bride and groom pin, and my Cinderella pin. Oh and the pins from the Segway Tour and the Backstage Safari.

Yeah, we have a ton of the bride/groom pins. I had never heard of the buttons until our first night (not the night we got there) I was in line at the scrapbook store at DTD buying the wedding scrapbook kit and saw the girl in front of me had the wedding frame that I had already bought. I commented and we started talking and she told me about the buttons, so we went right over and picked two up! Of course, my groom lost his within the first 2 hours of our next day, but we still have mine.

We got ours our first day in the MK and then we did not have it one day at Epcot and we had to talk to guest services about something and the guy commented on my ears and said they had buttons we needed so we got two sets. It's the cutest thing!

We did tell the CM we had them but he said we needed them on.

It's a Bride/Groom Minnie/Mickey and it says "Magical Wishes from Walt Disney World"

You have to get the buttons.Sometimes you won"t want to wear the ears and you will be amazed at all the attention you get from them.

We were walking down Main Street when we met the "Mayor" and he gave us pins. Made a big deal out of it....very cute!

Guest Relations at every park-even DTD has it's own-MGM uses the MK one though

How perfect is that? The only park I won't be visiting this trip is MGM! So I'll still be able to get all 4 buttons! YAY!

Does each park give out their own button, or do you get one wedding/honeymoon button from the town hall at the MK?

There is only one version of the wedding button. Any guest relations/services location can give it to you.
