wedding being planned in the usa

we have been in contact with a company called orlando weddings and we will be using them for our wedding next yr
what i would like to know is when they say have a pre meeting a month before the wedding do we have to actually meet with them or can we arrange things via phone or email ......
as we cant afford two trips in one yr over to Florida .

If it is a disney wedding the no you don't have to go out before the big day

no we are hopefuly having a Cypress Grove or Celebration wedding .........although i would have loved a disney wedding
