Wedding at Epcot

My friend wants to get married at Epcot. Can anyone give advice on who to contact and if it can just be a wedding? It will be a one day affair with no reception. Just at Epcot for the day and wants to enjoy all the attractions so doesn't want to take all day for the wedding.
