Wed to Wed condo rental

We are planning a trip to Disney next March. We are thinking of arriving the Wed before our CDN march break begins and then leave the Wed during March break. I checked out Windsor Hill rentals under vacation rentals and the rental period is from sat to sat ONLY. Do other places rent from Wed to Wed?

Most owners in Windsor Hills do have flexible arrival dates, so perhaps you were just looking at a specific owner or management company. If you go to www.homeaway.com, www.vrbo.com, or www.windsorhillsbest.com you will find lots of great condos in Windsor Hills that will honor your Wednesday to Wednesday stay.

Most places have no restrictions on arrival and departure days. We usually go for 10 days and have had no problems finding places.
Try windsorhillsrent.com if you want to make an inquiry for your dates, you'll hear back from owners on this one. Or you can just check availability on vrbo.com for Windsor Hills. This will give you an idea but some owners don't keep their calendars up-to-date so if you want something specific you need to check directly with them.
Out of the many homes that I've looked at over the years I'd say that less than 5% have a Sat - Sat restriction.

From the investigating rental property down there I finally understand the Sat to Sat push for renting. It is easier to get more "weeks" out of your year when you rent from Sat to Sat. From an owner/renter standpoint you want to maximize your weeks and when you have people leave midweek it can be a whole 10 days before you can get someone in sometimes.

HOWEVER....we NEVER go from Sat to Sat. LOL There are places out there that will rent from Wed to Wed. We typically go from Tues to Wed or something like that. And when we go for longer than 7 days we are given more leeway because we are there for longer than just a straight week. Usually you pay a tad more since you are not doing a straight week but for us it off sets the air fare so we are good with it. We can just find WAY cheaper flights midweek so in the long run the trip is less expensive for us (6 of us total). I know that with the home we rented and the condos we have rented in the past are good with going from midweek to midweek.

We have stayed only in WH or in WP so you should be good.

We have stayed at mickey's condo at Windsor Hills. We stayed 10 days thus splitting a week. You can see the tree of life and wishes from the condo balcony.

Check out www.floridasunvacationhomes.com. They have condos available in Windsor Hills and do not require Sat. to Sat. stays.

We put in a request thru windsorhillsrent.com for a Th-Th, then changed to Mon-Mon...settled on Tues - Tues....a couple places only did Sat rentals...but I had A LOT that didn't matter.

We frequently do timeshare condo rentals from owners and those are always Fri - Fri, Sat -Sat, or Sun - Sun. Two nice condo places that will rent retail for any time period (you'll pay more, but sometimes the deals are pretty good) are Cypress Pointe (lots of three bedrooms if you need that) and the Sheraton Vistana Resort. You might want to check prices and see if you don't find a WH rental.
