Wed Jan 28 - park closes at 6pm?

Sorry if this has already been answered on another thread. I just noticed on Wed Jan 28th, the park closes at 6pm. Any idea as to why??

Perhaps a private party? I know safeway/vons we have a private party on the 22nd thurs and we supposely have the park to ourselves from 7 to 1am.

It's my understanding (According to DGS REP) that it is for refurbishment work on Disneyland.

According to the calendar, DCA stays open until 10:00 that night... so I think we'll just hop over there earlier that evening.

Nope - they're announcing their 60th anniversary plans with a special event, so had to hustle everyone out of the park. Watch live...
