is anyone else finding the universal website extremely temperamental? It's driving me crazy. I'm simply trying to price one night at a deluxe hotel. I'm curious if it would be cheaper to stay one night at a deluxe to avail to the EP or would I be better off buying EP for a family of 4

The Universal website annoys me as well. I've been using the Loews hotels site instead. Much easier to find pricing and I was able to get a better deal using my annual pass for the same room type at Cabana Bay for my trip next month.

It keeps refreshing whenever I try and stay on the same page for longer than about 30 seconds.

It is working fine for me. I use the white drop down box on the main page for all my booking needs. It is very similar to the booking page rosieposy posted.

It's been really slow the last couple of weeks. I wonder if they are seeing extra traffic due to Volcano Bay opening.
